Nowy Sacz, founded in 1292, has the population of 84,000 and is located in the southern part of Poland, 45 miles (73 kilometers) from Krakow. Nowy Sacz has many architectural treasures of interest. Many of the buildings date back to the 1400s and earlier. They are steeped in history and offer many interesting places to discover.
